Main intention of this medicine is to provide relief from severe pains and was initially manufactured and used by the German Pharmacies during the Second World War. This is still used as pain reliever but occasionally. The effect of this substance can last for 24 hours and so the usage of this pill is limited for only once in a day. However, many people without knowing the actual effects of excessive dosage tend to take more, leading themselves to a stage of Methadone Addiction.

The side effects of Methadone alone resemble those of the entire group of Opioid substances so you can imagine how vulnerable this substance is.
